It was a privilege to visit this Man of God few times in his house.A many of great wisdom,faith and passion.What a legacy he leaves behind.Learnt a lot and has awesome experiences.Will miss him...

Pastor Joseph was a true visionary and had a tremendous passion for God and His people. His life has been a blessing to thousands of people including mine. His teachings have been a great source of wisdom to me, brought through his Word and often through his spiritual children. I was privileged enough to have many occasions where I won little opportunities to serve him which I will cherish forever.

I give God all the glory for the ministry of Pastor Joseph who was used mightily for God's kingdom and glory.

My wife Beth and I pastor a small church in Bangalore. Then I was the national promotional secretary for WCOI, where we were recording Bibles in diffeent local languages where there were no printed Bibles. I attnded EFI in 1991 in Mumbai and Rev. Theodore Williams was the key speaker. Rev. Richard Howell was the EFI General Secretary. In the main conference, New Life Fellowship ministry was discussed as one very successful in the light of Hindu slogan, "Har ! Har ! Mahadev! and a lot of muslims were killed and no body difended them, the government also was hand in glove with the perpetrators.. So the innocent muslims with no alternative to save themselves from slaughter, sought few key muslim leaders. Then as a result, came serial bomb blastings. In the light of this caos, Pastor Joseph spoke at the EFI conference. What a vision and what a clarity to reach out to both the communities. The New Life Fellowship churches marched around the entire Bomay, and where ever they were they joined the peace march around the city and preached and distributed tracts. This brought a great rivival in Mumbai. I was particularly touched with one truth - He said "Finance is the last thing we discuss in our vision casting!". I know we always think of budget first. It shocked me. But drove home a godly point. Thank you Pastor Jsoseph. NLF used to take big busses from Mumbai to Tarn Taran, Punjab, a city infested with terrorists and almost every day their will be deaths. India could not do any thing. But NLF reached out to them.

Praise God. India needs such leaders, may the Lord raise such leaders for us.

I first met Naomi in Bombay in 2011.

and soon I met the wonderful family.

Little did I know at that time that this meeting would culminate into a beautiful friendship that would last for ever... I heard a lot from Naomi about Uncle Joseph...how he came up the hard way & was a self made man ..and about his work to make this world a better place ...his story is truly inspiring & he was a hero in real life....I was really really moved! May your soul rest in peace Uncle Joseph. Your memories will always be cherished.

I go back down memory lane to the first time I heard Pastor Joseph.

He had come to the Bombay Baotist Church as a special speaker for the evening service. in the mid 1970s.

At that time both New Life and Bombay Baptist were much smaller churches.

Pastor Joseph had come to preach with a prophetic group of people.

Pastor Joseph led the worship playing on the tambourine(the sola musical instrument at that time)

After the worship there were some sharp prophetic words given.

Even as the words were being given, half the people in the church were afraid and they ran out.

He preached a simple message on rising to our full potential in God.

After the meeting was over, he shared with us how he had presented the gospel to Helen the Bollywood actress

I was greatly touched by Pastor Joseph's deep desire for God's presence, love for people and faithfor big things.

Subsequently these qualities of Pastor Joseph have produced hundreds of leaders and thousands of followers.

It has been my privilege to work with Pastor Joseph and it will be my continued privilege to work with all the New Lifers raised.

As a young girl who just wanted to come to India for an "experience", I never imagined I would come back. My first trip to India, I met Pastor Joseph and he shared his story with our team.. a life laid down. Willing to do whatever it took, to reach others! It inspired me deeply. So much that I started looking around the streets of Mumbai in a way that deeply changed my life. Now I live here and have dedicated my life to the same. Pastor jospeh's life and legacy had a great impact on my life from 2011! I thank him for his example in ministry and serving God boldly.

The year was October, 1995. I was a preacher across denominations for 9-10 years. I preached on Salvation by Grace. I didn't know about the Gifts of the Holy Spirit. Pastor Joseph preached at Bandra Reclamation on the ANOINTING. I, along with many others received the BAPTISM OF THE HOLY SPIRIT AND FIRE with the predominant gifts of healing, deliverance and prophecy in immediate operation in my life. It transformed my ministry and made me effective. I give God all the glory for the ministry of Pastor Joseph who was used mightily for God's kingdom and glory.

I first met with Pastor Joseph in 2002 . I used to attend a New Life Fellowship church at Lokhandwalla where Pastor Joseph was a guest speaker sometimes. I again met him during the Benny Hinn crusade in Mumbai where the entire New Life was involved and I was the Vice Chairman of the Events Committee .
