PASTOR S. JOSEPH

Ps. Joseph was a mighty man of God with a grateful, loving and kind heart. He worked for the kingdom of God in an amazing way. God used him abundantly for his kingdom. The experience and testimonies he shared were uplifting and motivating, and they would always remain in our hearts. Also showed us the importance of having vision in Christ and guided us to keep the vision working and various ways to carry it forward. He would always be remembered. God bless his family in abundance.

Always had a smile while preaching.

Pastor Joseph Was A True Man Of God. I was privileged to meet Pastor Joseph several times.
His teaching have blessed many people around the world.
I will never forget the time when I met Pastor Joseph during my marriage counseling, he shared about his life, the struggles in life, how to manage our finance and his teaching about love and giving has touched my life and my wife's life alot.
We Love you and we will miss you alot Pastor Joseph.

rev Joseph was one who had an excellent spirit and was a v good listener.he celebrated everyone who met him.his encouragement has impacted my life so much.a great general lost by earth.his children and disciples will carry his legacy ahead.

To me Pastor Joseph's life was as described in Psalm 45:1

A Song of loves.

My heart is inditing a good matter: I speak of the things which I have made touching the king: my tongue is the pen of a ready writer.

This was his passion for his Master, his Lord, his King, his Savior.

Never missed an opportunity to speak about his King. 🙂

Truly he was a blessing to the multitude.

Pastor sat in my London home sharing his life with leaders from Kensington Temple. I remember the stories of his early days going to Bible college with his one shirt and little more. Even when he had built a great network of churches he was kind and humble enough to share time with a small group of leaders who were just starting out. Those few hours have impacted the whole of my ministry life. What an example of godly servant leadership.

Pastor S. Joseph was truly a man of God who reflected Jesus Christ from his life.

I have known him from mid 1985. Pastor Joseph has impacted my life in many ways. He very strongly believed in the United body of God's people. It was Pastor Joseph's vision that started the TURN movement (To Unit Repent Now) in the 80s, in Mumbai.

This humble man visited my humble home in Chennai, when he came for a Board meeting. His powerful prayer and encouragement helped my elder son get admission in a prestigious school in Chennai.

He mentored me with his life. A humble leader. I will always miss him. Heaven is richer now.

Proverbs 11:30 - The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life, And he who wins souls is wise.

I would like to thank God for the life & testimony of Pastor Joseph. Today, we celebrate the life of a General in the Kingdom of God, a great & loving Father, leader and mentor to all the New Life families too. He has raised many outstanding leaders in his lifetime. His spiritual children are spread across the world, leaving a Godly legacy behind.

His gratitude to God for his salvation was always portrayed in his personal conversation with people. Winning souls for Christ was his passion. I have never seen anyone in my lifetime so passionate about people and winning them for God. He worked hard to establish the Churches in India.

He was a generous person and kept encouraging people never to forget where they came from. He experienced poverty in his early life hence he was always sympathetic to the poor. He became a great example of what God can do with a person when one yields to God.

With a very strong foundation in God’s word, he built great values in the leadership that he developed. He often chose to take the path of humility in times of difficulties, sustained through the storms of life without flinching.

His influence is unmeasurable and he will always be remembered as a role model leadership and for the Godly legacy that he leaves behind.

My last conversation with him in his house, he told me Nicky, I am ready and prepared to meet the Saviour anytime whenever the Lord will call me. We know that Pastor Joseph always lived with the hope of meeting his Saviour in eternity. He is more alive today than ever before, basking in the love of God our father.

We express our deepest sympathies to Aunty Florence and the family at this moment of grief. We would like to assure Aunty Florence that we will continue to pray for you. May God, give you every grace and comfort you this day.

For all of us who are left behind we say that we will continue the work that God begun through Pastor Joseph until a day when we meet him on the other shore.

The Visio ary leadership of Ps. Joseph to New Life fellowship was a great blessing to me personally and to the body of Christ. He was a great encourager to all.
